1) How to sign up?

A. Order Confirmation page > Sign Up

B. Fill up registration form > click on Sign Up

C. Done registration then Sign In to view order

If choose to sign up with contact number:

2) How to view order is packed and reload credit?

If you already confirmed order with AUTO DEDUCTION, payment will be auto deducted(with sufficient credit balance, no need to do manual payment) once order is packed completely.

A. Click Pay on selected invoice

• If credit balance not sufficient, you have to **reload ** before making payment

B. Reload Credit

C. Upload bank slip/ proof of transaction

D. Done then click on Submit

3) How to view credit?

If admin already approved the transaction, credit balance will be increased (if have any unpaid invoice, auto deduction will be applied if with sufficient credit balance) .

A. E-Wallet Dashboard

B. Auto-deduction applied(with sufficient amount)

C. You may click on each of the credit transaction to view more details

D. You may check on the invoice list,whether is paid successfully
